In my early crochet adventures, I didn't know much about creating my own patterns. No to mention, how intricate and overwhelming they seemed. Yet, I dared myself to design, Ellis the elephant! I had written what I thought at the time were some detailed and correct instructions; however, while trying to recreate Ellis I quickly realized that my math was way off! So, with some reworking and rewording, I finally have my Sleepy Ellis completed. I am very proud of this little guy. He is my first creation of its kind. So today, I would love to share my new pattern with you, and I hope our love for him is mutual! :) So without further ado … The Pattern!
